Stops in order
The text version of the route: stops, time at each and the legs between them. Times are estimates, without queues, traffic or swims.
1. Kiama Blowhole~30 min at the stop
The day starts at Blowhole Point: the lighthouse, a free viewing platform and a cafe. Wait for a south-east swell if you want the tall column of water.
Worth knowing: George Bass was the first to record it: in December 1797 he anchored his whaleboat in the bay now called Kiama Harbour.
Tip: Park on the point and stay off the wet rocks. The shops are on Terralong Street if you want a coffee before you drive on.

2. Little Blowhole, Kiama Heights~25 min at the stop
The smaller blowhole on Tingira Crescent in Kiama Heights. It is more reliable in a north-east swell, when the big one on the point is quiet. Entry is free, and you can watch at any time.
Tip: It is a short stop from the street parking. The road then runs south to Gerringong.
