Getting there

Ferry to Cremorne Point Wharf. Parking on Milson Road is short. Pay with a bank card.

Stops in order

The text version of the route: stops, time at each and the legs between them. Times are estimates, without queues, traffic or swims.

  1. 1. Cremorne Point Wharf~15 min at the stop

The ferry from Circular Quay lands you at the reserve loop. To the Cammeraygal, this point is Wulwarrajeung.

Tip: Parking on Milson Road is short, so the ferry is the easier way in. The Lex and Ruby Graham Gardens on the point are looked after by the National Trust. They began in 1957 from a single plant.

  2. 2. Robertsons Point light~20 min at the stop

The working 1910 light on the end of the point. The tower is not open. The harbour view is from the platform and the steps.

Tip: Go down the steps and stay on them. Leave the rocks at the waterline alone.

  3. 3. MacCallum Pool~40 min at the stop

The free pool on the western side of the point. A timber deck and calm water. This is Cremorne's swim, not a tour.

Tip: The cleaning day shifts with the tide. Check the council schedule. Walk the same loop back to the ferry.

Before you go

  • Route times are estimates: walking, driving and a sensible pause at each stop. Add queues, traffic and swims yourself.
  • Prices, timetables and trail status change. Check the venue's official site and the state transport app before you go.
  • On beaches, swim only between the red and yellow flags. Use sun protection even when it is cloudy.
