Getting there

By car, about 40 minutes via the Gateway Motorway and the Ted Smout bridge across the bay; parking is free, but works on Redcliffe Parade cut the number of spaces. Without a car: the Redcliffe Peninsula line to its terminus at Kippa-Ring, then local buses to Redcliffe and Woody Point (routes 694 and 696 run on Sundays); Morgans recommends bus 690 for Scarborough Harbour. Check the trip in the translink.com.au journey planner.
