  1. 1. Rainforest Skywalk~1 h at the stop

A 1.5 km rainforest walk, about 300 m of it on steel bridges in the canopy. It ends on a 40 m cantilever 30 m above the creek, over ferns and strangler figs.

Tip: Price: A$21.50 / child A$10.50. Open daily from 9:30am, last tickets 4pm. Come at opening: it's cooler and the birds are busier.

Before you go

  • Route times are estimates: walking, driving and a sensible pause at each stop. Add queues, traffic and swims yourself.
  • Prices, timetables and trail status change. Check the venue's official site and the state transport app before you go.
  • On beaches, swim only between the red and yellow flags. Use sun protection even when it is cloudy.
