Stops in order
The text version of the route: stops, time at each and the legs between them. Times are estimates, without queues, traffic or swims.
1. Serpentine Falls~1 h 10 min at the stop
A short gravel walk to the platform at the falls. Picnic tables by the car park. In wildflower season and school holidays the spaces run out.
Worth knowing: Serpentine Falls drops off the Darling Scarp in a national park south of Perth. The gorge is a swimming hole when the flow is gentle.
Tip: Gates open 8:30–17:00, last vehicle entry 16:15. Entry A$17 per vehicle. No dogs, don't feed wildlife, no glass or alcohol. Don't climb or jump from the rocks: people have died here. Only enter the pool if the sign allows it that day.

2. Jarrahdale~30 min at the stop
The old timber town on the way back. Pie and coffee where people stop after the falls.
Tip: Take whatever is open. If the town has shut, the highway back to Perth has food later.

Before you go
- Route times are estimates: walking, driving and a sensible pause at each stop. Add queues, traffic and swims yourself.
- Prices, timetables and trail status change. Check the venue's official site and the state transport app before you go.
- On beaches, swim only between the red and yellow flags. Use sun protection even when it is cloudy.
